Ability to have default/preset mood/engagement when taking activity attendance OR the ability to bulk apply mood/engagement “it’s hard to record this at scale when we have 80 people taking part in an activity”

I'd like the ability to use note templates on mood/engagement notes when taking activity attendance

We like to include an image of the Calendar in our email newsletter. We've tried taking screenshots, but the resolution isn't great.

Add a visual indicator or warning when a staff member is already assigned to another activity at the same time, even if it’s in a different custom calendar. This would help prevent double-booking staff across multiple activities or sites.

It would be great to have inactive staff automatically removed from previously assigned activities in Calendar!

The current size of text on printed or exported calendars is currently very small and clients have expressed difficulty in reading it. Would be great if it would auto-size to the box or if we had the ability to increase.

Currently you can only change the location of an activity during the "attendance", however, it would be ideal if you could assign a location of an activity during the creation steps.

Have a search bar for the calendar so users can sort through previous/upcoming activities easily.

Allow public facing calendar be translated into multiple languages or a way to input the activities in another language to display english/second language at the same time.
