Allow Compliance Modules to filter Progress Notes by a specific tag (e.g., “Nursing”), so only relevant notes are included and unrelated notes, such as Social Work notes, are excluded. This would enable more targeted compliance checks and make it easier to accurately monitor completion of required documentation.

A dedicated module for center-wide forms that are not tied to individual participants — such as Fire Drill Logs, Abuse Logs, and other compliance documentation that needs to be completed on a recurring basis (e.g. monthly). Currently, all forms in StoriiCare are participant-facing. This would introduce a separate category of forms applied at the center level, with the ability to set recurring schedules and track completion for compliance and audit purposes.

It would be great to have a compliance module that automatically filters tasks and clinical requirements to only show participants who are signed in for the day. Example use case: Daily Vital Signs should only display for participants currently checked in, rather than the full participant list — reducing noise and helping staff focus on who actually needs attention that day. This would improve workflow efficiency and reduce the risk of missed documentation for present participants.
