Feature Requests

When working on yearly submitted forms, it would be helpful to be able to autofill forms based on previous submissions if information has not changed much. Duplicating forms does not allow the signature of the new submission to be changed, so this would be a nice option.

It would helpful for us if when sending an external form the recipient gets a copy of the form they completed. This would prevent us from having to download the form and send it through email or a message in the portal.

Warning stating 'You just submitted this form for the same client within the last X hours. Are you sure you want to proceed?'

It would ease the form building process if there was a way to automatically brand all forms with the company header. Currently, branding is only applicable when the form is exported to PDF.

Currently only summation via matrix calculator, it would be nice to have the possibility to also use more complex operations and formulas such as those found on Excel (Average, division, multiplication etc)

PDF version for the forms created in your form builder. Some seniors cannot manage a computer and need a PDF option to fill out and if we create the form through StoriiCare we cannot print it out in a workable form.

I want to ensure that X group is pre-selected for participant creation via any form.
