🆕 Care plans → Form Builder

Care plan data can now flow directly into Form Builder and Forms, reducing duplicate data entry and keeping resident information consistent.

🐛 Billing data sync reliability

Fixed an issue where high volumes of simultaneous billing events could occasionally cause sync failures. Billing integrations are now more stable.

🐛 Care plan signature box display

Fixed a visual issue where the signature box border wasn't rendering correctly in the care plan preview.

🐛 Notes print layout

User avatars in printed notes were displaying out of alignment. This has been corrected.

🐛 Clearer error messages across modules

Module errors are now handled more gracefully, surfacing clearer and more actionable messages when something goes wrong.

🐛 Inactive user list accuracy

Removed users were occasionally still appearing on the inactive users list. These are now correctly excluded.
