Hi everyone,
We're excited to share that this week we shipped a major update to the CRM feature! Here's what's now available:
✅ Search, Sorting & Filtering — You can now select up to 15 fields to search, sort, and filter directly on the Leads table.
✅ Full Data Porting — When enrolling a lead, all configured Care Fields are now ported into the new participant profile (not just notes and first name), eliminating duplicate data entry.
✅ New Reports Tab — We've also added five new reports to help track performance: Lead Pipeline, Conversion Rate, Source Performance, Staff Performance, and Lost Leads Analysis.

A couple of items from this thread — reminders for missed follow-ups and clickable email addresses — are still on our radar and not yet part of this release. We'll keep this thread updated as we make progress on those.

We have been using CRM for 3 months now. It needs a search bar to locate leads in a timely manner. Currently no way to search leads.
