t would be incredibly useful to be able to customize what appears in the Handover feature, either by filtering to a specific house, unit, or group, and by allowing staff to tag specific progress notes or events to include in the handover rather than showing every system action. For care providers with multiple homes or locations, having a handover that's focused on what's clinically relevant to each house rather than the entire center would make shift communication significantly more efficient and meaningful.
