Currently, the medical conditions are separate boxes when completing data entry into the system. When attempting to export medical conditions onto a CXM report they are all clumped into one cell. Attempts to split the data out into separate cells is futile because it either deletes all subsequent data after the first listed condition, or separates every single word vs. maintaining the integrity of the complete diagnosis. This is extremely time consuming when attempting to capture comorbidity data.
