There needs to be an ability to track "non-billable" meals here. We occasionally have someone that brings in their own lunch because we may be scheduled to serve something they don't like to eat. Currently, we split them off into a separate calendar "activity" labeled as "caregiver provided meal" so that we can track the service, but be able to separate it cleanly for non-billable items. Trial visitors are also non-billable, so we are manually splitting those out when using a CSV export of activities. That would need to be a consideration, as well.
