More formatting options for updating email template

We need more options to be able to edit the email template. See attachment for details.

Create auto reports emailed to staff for pre-determined exports each day (example: financial data for each day)

to stay on top of actual sales and meld the data with payroll and other expenses to get a on time daily P&L

If an attendance is cancelled on the Schedule, the corresponding Transportation should be auto-cancelled

If a participant's attendance is cancelled, it would be great if any transportation scheduled for them that day was also cancelled.

Show average counts in the Monthly Attendance/Absence PDF

It would be helpful for them to know the average attendance throughout the month for all participants and specific ones, too.

Display multiple calendars on one TV (Digital Signage)

Currently one calendar can be displayed per tv at any given time. It would great to have the possibility to show multiple calendars in rotation (eg. 30sec each calendar)

Create an Email Notification for Tasks that become Overdue

Management wants to be notified by email as soon as tasks (e.g., cleaning rooms, serving meals) become overdue, since they’re not always logged into the app.

Can we link staff to a form in the same way that we do with customers eg for use with a supervision document to be saved directly to a staff members file. "show staff selector" "staff required"
