Feature Requests

Currently when a staff is made inactive , if they have been already scheduled/invited to an activity on the calendar they remain there and we aren't able to remove them, unless we make them active again and manually remove them form all calendar activities. It would be so helpful once inactive they would be automatically uninvited/removed from the calendar.

Currently one calendar can be displayed per tv at any given time. It would great to have the possibility to show multiple calendars in rotation (eg. 30sec each calendar)

Option to expand the day on the monthly view so you can see all activities but without leaving the monthly view

StoriiCare includes a default set of activity event tags and, these can’t be edited or removed. Teams can add custom tags in Calendar Settings, but the full default list still appears in the Tags dropdown on every activity. Teams that build their own tag set end up with a long dropdown that mixes their own tags with defaults they never use. This slows down tagging activities and makes it easier to pick the wrong tag. It would be great if these can be deleted or edited.

As with the calendar feature, it would be helpful to be able to see the attendance feature with the same view options.

Can I suggest we change the mood categories. 1. Very low, 2. Low, 3. OK, 4. Good, 5. Very Good. I would appreciate some feed back on this request

When exporting the monthly activity calendar, the last days of the previous month appear at the top of the grid before the new month begins. It would be great to have the ability to exclude those carry-over days from the export, or have more control over the date range when printing/exporting the calendar.

Would you please update the calendar to allow recurring events to be the 3rd Thurs of the month (rather than just monthly)? Our resident council and staff in-service are monthly, based on the week. Each month, I need to manually go in to change the date on the calendar b/c how it is currently set up doesn't let us choose the week and the day. Thank you for your assistance.

There is an option for every week, every 2, every 3- but every 28 days would be helpful as a 4 week rotation.

Currently, calendar feature settings include a set of default tags that cannot be edited, only added onto. It would be helpful to be able to edit the tags as opposed to simply adding onto the list.
