Requested Enhancement: When the "Share with Connections" setting is turned on, all Progress Notes and Visit note reports should be automatically shared with the approved family members or connections upon saving/submission, without requiring staff to manually select the Share option each time. Business Rationale: Reduces administrative workload for staff. Eliminates repetitive actions and improves workflow efficiency. Ensures consistent sharing of reports with families and approved connections. Minimizes the risk of human error where staff may forget to click the Share button. Aligns system behavior with user expectations, as enabling the setting implies the organization's intention to automatically share relevant reports. Expected Outcome: Once "Share with Connections" is enabled at the organizational level, any newly created or submitted Progress Note or Visit Note Report should automatically be shared with designated connections by default, while still allowing organizations to disable the feature if they do not wish to use automatic sharing.
