Creating tasks to remind us when the next form review is due for ADCAPs, Monthly Nursing Notes, Physician Renewal Orders, etc., is entirely too time-consuming for the amount of work we have and the number of participants.

Can we link staff to a form in the same way that we do with customers eg for use with a supervision document to be saved directly to a staff members file. "show staff selector" "staff required"

Can we have drafts saved for externally populated forms, in case someone gets interrupted so they don't lose the current information? Currently it doesn't save any data unless you submit the form.

To upload documents from their personal charts as state regulations now require us to have everything available electronically.

It would be great to be able to add Emergency Contact (and other Contact-type fields) as a Linked Property on external forms that have "Allow participant creation" turned on. That way, contact details a family enters on a registration or intake form would go straight into the new participant's face sheet Contacts, just like the other linked fields. Centers would get a complete face sheet from the first submission, and staff wouldn't have to copy contact details over by hand for every new enrollment.

It would be amazing to have the ability to update a specific field across multiple participants at once, perhaps filtered by group. For example in billing, if 10 participants all share the same referring agency and NPI number, it would save so much time to be able to select that group and apply that information to all of them in one go rather than going into each profile individually. This would be especially helpful when setting up billing information for insurance agencies!

Currently you cannot create a secondary contact from a filled out form even if it is a linked property

Without this feature, multiple tabs need to stay open and it causes confusion when the page refreshes
